[Advisory Responsibilities]
Serve as key resource to executive management on financial, deal and contract matters central to the investment, acquisition and divestiture process
Provide insights and recommendations on deal opportunities to executive leadership and core business stakeholders
Establish, develop and manage relationships with target companies, deal sourcing firms, and other company-specific stakeholders through all phases of the deal
Report quarterly to the Headquarter on portfolio performance by company (strategic, operational and financial) as well as aggregate performance metrics
[Sourcing Responsibilities]
Identify and source potential deal opportunities from internal and external networks, PE/VC partners, and investment banking to drive deal flow
Attend conferences/workshops to gather competitive intelligence, and identify market trends, partnership opportunities, and compelling investment ideas
Explore potential transaction structures in order to maximize potential economic outcomes while minimizing risks Assessment Phase Responsibilities
Assess business and revenue/profit models of target companies, market dynamics, deal economics and financial potential of investments
Work alongside internal business executives and external advisors to assess acquisition, investment, and commercial transaction opportunities
Understand opportunity/build case for opportunity with key core business stakeholders and corporate development team and assist in the delivery of the initial business case
[Transaction Phase Responsibilities]
Develop and negotiate deal terms with target companies, VC sponsor or other relevant stakeholders
Manage external advisors to ensure transaction objectives and timelines are met
Manage all aspects of due diligence covering business, financial, tax, legal, operating, etc.
Work with various stakeholders to develop final business case with a specific emphasis on transaction and financial related matters
Act as a resource on post close matters related to the transaction
[Performance Management Responsibilities]
Develop opportunities for portfolio companies to maximize the economic value of their businesses
Assist in any subsequent capital raise activities for portfolio companies
Willing and able to serve as a director or observer on portfolio company boards

- Kỹ năng:
7 - 9 years of professional finance work experience with ideally 3 years+ direct M&A transaction experience in investment banking, corporate development and/or venture capital.
Undergraduate degree from accredited University with Degree in Finance, strongly preferred Master's degree, MBA Accounting or Business Administration.
Exceptional financial and analytical skills.
Direct experience assisting with deal and contract negotiations, as well as resolving complex business issues and structuring complex deals and serving as the principal liaison to senior business executives.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with little guidance in complex situations.
Strong communicator, able to negotiate and clearly articulate goals and objectives.
