Lead and direct Upper Production Department by planning, executing and controlling the factory production processes to achieve the company objectives within Quality, Delivery and Cost.
Be responsible to coordinate cross-functionally to ensure best practice/ methods, manpower, materials and machines are in place when required.
Be responsible to build and develop his teams and ensure appropriate morale and work attitude is evident and work within company safety regulations and Code of Conduct.

- Kỹ năng:
Minimum required educational level is a Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or similar within the production/ engineering area.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in directly managing a manufacturing facility with all its aspects similar to above outlined objectives.
