Implement and develop sales strategies and operational plans including distribution (listing,…), visibility (planogram, gondola, displays,...), activation (sampling,…), and promotions.
Manage budget and allocation; ensure that no overspending occurs.
Consistently meet, often exceed expectations sales KPI’s and volume by continuously delivering excellent execution in sales fundamentals and in implementation of trade plans, account plans…
Discuss and validate of the annual agreement on commercial cooperation.
Evaluate and quantify each opportunity in various account/store for developing company’s portfolio.
Initiate new ideas and projects that lead to delivering company volume objectives.
Cooperate with Distributor MT management in planning, implementing, MT organization.
Develop account plan for MT customers in collaboration with distributor MT team.
Develop, motivate, support and provide coaching, training to MT sales team including company’s KAM and distributor sales-force.
Set up and track sales KPI’s, performance of KAM, KAS, KAE by brand by account.
Monitor and review distributor performance, field sales execution and consult/drive them to achieve their targets with specific action plans.
Lead MT volume forecast and align. Take responsibility for communicating volume forecasts and leading the execution of the business plans to deliver them.
Organized clients with great negotiating skills (« more and more demanding »). The negotiation is becoming more and more professional.
Work with the distributors to develop more efficient systems & processes.
Control of the investments which are more and more important in order to enable the development of modern trade and the efficiency of Investments.
Ensure effective and proper execution of sales promotion and trade marketing programs.
Ensure 100% distribution and planograms implementation.
Ensure that all the reports are submitted in “completed – accuracy – on time” (CAT).

- Kỹ năng:
BA degree in business management.
8-year-experience (+/- 2 years) with international FMCG environment, in which worked 2 years at the same level in MT channel.
A proven track record and growth of MTM/KAM/RSM position with specific record in MT sales management, retail and distribution.
Sales techniques, Key account management, Customer business planning, Winning the deal.
Portfolio management.
Distributor management, Territory and routing design.
People management, Team management, Sales-force coaching and training.
Working effectively with others.
Customer and sales data management.
Analytical and planning skills especially account planning.
Dynamic public presentation, Negotiation, Problem solving.
Experience with sales and management software.
Good skills in both writing and oral communication. Very good in English.
Willing and interesting to build and grow in small structured international organization.
Energetic, organized, dynamic, pro-active, self-driven, result and solution oriented.
