SAFETY
1. Monitor the Safety in Production line/ process, to ensure that machines work in safe condition, and operators work in the safe way.
2. Keep track of BBSHE observation, JHA.
3. Close safety gap on time.
PEOPLE
4. Set up and provide trainings, execute developed plan for operators.
5. Coach the team on production knowledge, technology and standard production practices.
6. Set-up & follow PE for subordinates.
7. Feedback on operators’s escalations & suggestions.
8. Be link between Management and the shop-floor.
QUALITY
9. Ensure good GMP in production area.
10. Supervise & cross check the implementation of HACCP, QMS. Take action when deviated.
11. Ensure daily care, weekly care & CIP is performed well as plan.
12. Ensure that production parameters are properly executed & in line with standards.
13. Find out and execute proper solutions or corrective action to prevent the re-occurrences of deviation found in operations.
14. Prepare data, records and necessary information for Audits: FSMS, Q-compliance, NGA...
LINE EFFICIENCY
15. Ensure process /line achieve the Asset Intensity by control: Un-planned Stoppages, Planned Stoppages, Rework & Speed loss.
16. Work closely with Engineer to solve the machine breakdown.
DELIVERY
17. Cascade and execute the production plan and adjust operational activities by situation assessment according to available information and resources to catch up the production plan.
18. Co-ordinate with related departments (QA, Eng, RPM, AG…) to ensure smooth production such as trial, new product development.
19. Arrange production labor to ensure no miss delivery. Determine and forecast the annual production manpower and strategic plans.
COST
20. Control production costs by managing available production resources (material usage, manpower, machine utilization etc. ) and comply with company's standards.
NCE/TPM
21. In charge of DOR/WOR. Monitor & coach people on SHO.
22. Ensure problem solving is properly applied in production such as: GSTD, OPL, DMAIC, SMED...
23. Implement TPM practices.
OTHERS
24. Others special assignments.

Computer skill: required.
Computer knowledge: MS. Word, MS. Excel, MS. PowerPoint, etc…
Experience in: Production, Planning, NCCS, basic, NGMP, NQS, ISO, NEMS, HACCP.
Other skills: good teamwork, communication skill,
coaching, problem solving, decision making, quality awareness, safety awareness, industrial psychology.
