Responsibility for presenting a balanced financial report.
Supply orders and production quantity, time and quality requirements.
Managing all operational activities of current factory.
Purchase order management.
Formulation of guidelines and establishment of procedures and practices in the production, procurement and logistics.
Production schedule management, responsibility for testing and implementation of production plans according to customer requirements.
In charge of the company's quality management.
Training local workers to work according to regulations.
Activities with the supervisory authorities.
Management and treatment agreements and permits the legal system.

- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh (Thương mại)
- Kỹ năng:
University degree (business management degree preferred).
Advanced degree in economics, management would be an advantage.
Experience in managing large production unit and all its employees.
Vision, ability to plan short and long term, analyzing and making decisions independently a must.
Fluent English a must.
