Check and sign all journal voucher made by accountants
Update law on tax, accounting, labor, business
Discuss with accountants and decide accounting method
Discuss with other dept all related issues for solution
Edit process of managing inventory, assets, payment and other internal control
CIT report
Make plan and solution for tax, negotiate with tax office
Review Actual report, Forecast, then analyse in figures and
Explain, discuss with Top management about details in Forecast and Actual report then revise report if necessary
Management and control Cash flow; prepare additional loan if needed
Make Business plan
Control budget of expense
Participate in making Hoshin Kanri report and Member
Participate in internal activities as ISO, 5S
Keep relations with authority: tax office, Statement Bank, Statistic office, BIZA
Hold preparation for internal and external audit
Hold preparation for inspection of VAT, PIT, CIT
Monthly forecast and actual reports
Make Business plan
Make JV's reports to NT and NV
Consolidate reports

Follow BOD's instruction and direction under Vietnamese law
Responsible for building finance and accounting system
Budget control and can request detailed explanation from other departments
Cooperate with other departments in building internal control system, other activities
Instruct accountants and other department to do job assignment follow relevant Vietnamese law

- Giới tính: Nam/Nữ
- Độ tuổi: 32 - 40
- Trình độ: Đại học trở lên
- Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh (Thương mại)
- Kỹ năng:
Majo : Finance and accounting
Have to fluent in writen and spoken English
Have experience and ability to manage people
Minimum of 3 years for accounting manager position
Excellent time management, planing, organization and prioritization skill
Excelent leadership and develop skill
Analyze problem, detect root cause and resolve all issues
Ability to influence and motivate othe
